Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery. 

Items that are faulty or damaged have a 12-month warranty. 

Eligibility for Returns:

As with all hygiene products we cannot accept items which have been used. 

To be eligible for a return, the electric toothbrush must be in its original condition unless faulty, unused and in its original packaging with the hygiene seal intact. 

Legally, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by email. 

Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken.

For instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
