My teeth are really sensitive, which products can I use?

All of our products are designed to be gentle on teeth. Smirk Powder contains ingredients that actually calm the nerves and form a barrier over microscopic holes in your enamel, helping with sensitivity. Most users won’t experience discomfort or sensitivity with our Teeth Whitening Strips either, since they are peroxide-free. Discontinue use or consult your dentist if you do experience sensitivity with Smirk strips. All of that being said, if you have bleeding or receding gums, or damaged teeth, please see a dentist before use (they don’t bite!)

Which products are safe to use while breastfeeding?

Smirk Powder is safe for use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Smirk Strips are not recommended for use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can I use Smirk products while I have braces?

 Sorry, we cannot recommend the use of any whitening products on teeth with fixed braces. You can safely use all Smirk If you’re using a removable clear aligner system.

How often can i use Smirk products?

Smirk Powder is a mild abrasive, it is perfectly safe for use 2 times a week before brushing with your usual toothpaste.  We advise a maximum of two applications per week.

In the first week, you can use it once per day. Brush for 3 to 4 mins per-use, then rinse well and use your regular toothpaste. Week 2 onwards, revert to the normal regular use, once or twice a week. This will ensure your enamel is protected, whilst getting smirk-worthy whitening results.

Smirk Strips and Smirk Box can be used daily.

How quickly can you deliver within the UK?

That depends on the shipping options you choose! We dispatch same-day on orders placed by 1PM GMT and offer the following shipping options:

Do you ship outside the UK?

We ship worldwide. Costs vary by country and will be quoted at checkout. Most international parcels are received within 7-14 working days.

What if my package is returned to sender?

Everything we ship is tracked and signed. If your shipment is returned to us then the cost of the product minus any postage will be refunded automatically. Double-check that your address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid this.
